Graduates

Dear TAM Grads,

You, the TAM Graduates, are our greatest resource. The Heart Health Institute, its staff and Board of Directors are committed to your success. Since its inception, the TAM Program has served nearly 700 individuals. Many of you remain event free, living full and healthy lives. Your efforts have also touched family and friends. As we move forward, with the Heart Health Institute as our umbrella organization, we are planning improved ways of serving you and our community. This website is the beginning. Please use it to stay up-to-date with events and news.

Based on suggestions from many of you we have many goals for the next year including:

• Initiating and maintaining a resourceful website
• Creating a strong presence in the community
• Refresher courses for Graduates
• Re-institute Graduate follow up, data collection and research
• Increase enrollments – reach a greater number
• Continue to provide scholarships and funding for TAM participants in need
• “Professionalizing” our TAM Manual

In addition, we are actively seeking a new location that we can occupy starting in January of 2011.

We look to you and your varied resources to partner with us in our new beginning. Please feel free to give us feedback and comments. This is your section of the website! Donate or Volunteer!
